The short version

Valentina appears briefly in GTA Online's 2025 Money Fronts update, leaving Mr Faber's private jet in the Hands On Car Wash intro. In GTA 6's An Extended Look she hires Jason and Lucia to guard Andrés de León. GTA Wiki treats them as one character, though Rockstar has not said so.

Quick answer

Is GTA Online's Valentina in GTA 6?

It appears so. Valentina first shows up in GTA Online's 2025 Money Fronts update, leaving Mr Faber's private jet. In GTA 6's An Extended Look she hires Jason and Lucia as security for Andrés de León. Rockstar has not confirmed the link, but GTA Wiki lists them as one character.

If you played the Money Fronts update, you have already met a GTA 6 character. Valentina gets about three lines in GTA Online. Then she turned up in Vice City in An Extended Look, the 27 minute GTA 6 showcase Rockstar released on 27 August 2026.

A post from the GTA 6 Countdown account on 27 October brought her back into the conversation, so here is where she fits in both games.

Where does Valentina appear in GTA Online?

She appears in the Hands On Car Wash intro cutscene from Money Fronts. GTA Wiki says it plays during your first meeting with Mr Faber, as he arrives in Los Santos on his Luxor Deluxe jet.

Valentina steps off the plane on the phone. She says she is only in town for 24 hours to look at a property. Then she jokes about a state that pays 80% tax.

That is the whole part. Kotaku sums it up as a woman who leaves San Andreas the next day.

What does Valentina do in GTA 6?

She hires Jason and Lucia for a bodyguard job. Kotaku says the pair are asked to guard and babysit a rich young man and his friends.

That man is Andrés de León, according to ScreenRant. The job leads to a party at the Megamundo Building that ends in a shootout. GTA Wiki adds that she meets Andrés as his jet lands at Vice City International Airport.

How do we know it is the same Valentina?

Rockstar has not said so, so this rests on what the footage shows. Lucia calls her Val and Andrés calls her Tina in An Extended Look. Kotaku points out that both versions wear a gold necklace and have moles in the same places.

ScreenRant adds that her cameo establishes she is only visiting Los Santos. That makes sense for a character whose real base is Leonida.

Does this mean GTA Online and GTA 6 are linked?

They clearly share a world. Several GTA Online cars also appear in GTA 6 footage. The Grotti Itali RSX is one, and it now stars on a GTA 6 ad in Miami.

None of that means your GTA Online progress moves across. Our GTA Online transfer guide covers what Rockstar has and has not said. GTA 6 launches on 19 November 2026.
